Martin-Baker offer the opportunity to combine working with a fascinating product and an exciting four years of on-the-job training. Looking to develop our apprentices both personally and professionally, giving them opportunities to attend various industry events and personal development trips.
They have an established apprenticeship scheme now with nearly twenty current apprentices progressing through, with the majority of them remaining within employment at Martin-Baker in a variety of exciting roles.

Last year Martin-Baker were unable to attend the National Apprenticeship Show Live but this year, restrictions permitting, they will be participating in two shows once again – at Sandown Park on 1st & 2nd March, and also at Milton Keynes on 16th & 17th March 2022.
