As a new academic year begins, Talkback is celebrating the achievements of its Post-16 learners and highlighting the opportunities available to young people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
Talkback has launched a new Post-16 webpage, information booklet and annual report, providing families, professionals and prospective learners with a clearer understanding of the support, pathways and opportunities on offer. Across five progression routes, learners are supported to develop confidence, independence, life skills and positive pathways into education, employment and community life.
Designed for young people aged 16+ with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), Talkback's specialist provision offers personalised support, practical learning and real-world experiences that help learners achieve their individual goals and prepare for adulthood.
